The Abyss of "Couldda, Woulddah, Shoulddah"

I'm gonna go ...
what's the name of that thing,
that I was gonna do ...
When I get there I will know.

Wanna meet me for dinner?
Oh wait, I got caught -
into a new thought
of something that's sure to be a winner.

I'll wait.
Maybe it's just not that,
I'll put it on the back burner
fry it up in greasy fat.
That'll make it better
then maybe I'll get on it.
Or maybe not,
cause, I'm onto the next sonnet.

This is too slow,
that is too boring
this needs some work,
so it's worth ignoring.

but wait.
look around.
nothing's been done.
all those great ideas,
have come and gone,
to go back again,
to someone else,
where they can make for them a home,
and tons of wealth.

Don't let it slip,
that brilliance.
Don't hide it away-
that's not resilience.
put your mind to the test,
overcome the matter,
with staggering results
you'll collect the scatter,
the pieces of the prize,
the puzzle you'll complete,
when you take a step back,
you'll honor your greatest fete.

That is neat.
